Victim's Stepchildren Sue Bruce Jenner For Wrongful Death
The stepchildren of Kim Howe (the woman who was killed in the Bruce Jenner car crash) are set to sue for a wrongful death, and what the interesting part of e whole story is that they had little or no relationship with their stepmom.
Though Kim does have two grown stepkids, but none of them live in California.
The two stepchildren hired a lawyer because they are the only surviving persons with legal right to file a wrongful death lawsuit.
In California, stepchildren are by law allowed to sue, even if they were estranged from the stepparent.
One of the stepchildren's lawyer has already asked his client to look for all the pictures and other evidence he can find that shows some relationship between himself and Kim; obviously meant to help establish damages in the lawsuit.
But one thing is for sure... the stepchildren will not inherit Kim's property.
